OVERCOMING THE DANGERS, DECEPTIONS AND DESTRUCTIONS OF THE LAST DAYS – The call for believer’s awareness, awakening and discernment in the Church today

Preface

The Lord deeply loves the church, and gave himself for it; that he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word, but all the threaths sent through Apostle John from the Island of Patmos against the churches  in Asia from him that holds the seven candlesticks and walks in the midsts of the seven candlesticks – Christ are not empty threats, but he will  fully implemented and executed; except we all take heed to his warnings to avoid any of the execution of those threats against whosoever in the church who is not steadfast and will not fight lawfully to overcome all the dangers of the last days in the world and church.

Fights without and fears within. 2 Corinthians 7:5. Because of the many dangers and difficulties that the children of the kingdom should be expecting and to deal with on their way to heaven, both from within the church and from the world, Christ counseled and warned them to walk constantly in discernement, as sheep that is sent in the midst of wolves, and to become wise as serpent and gentle as doves. Matthew 10:16.

According to the scripture, false men and women has crept secretly into the church, but their deceptions and folly are known by their works and fruits. They work, walk and live contrary to import and introduce darkness into the city set on the hill. They are resisting the truth to establish falsehood in Zion, the city of truth. They seek to normalise sin in the place of righteousness. This is how they are denying the Lord that brought and redeemed them by his own blood – this is how they have chosen to recompense Christ for his death on the cross – this is how they are creating and presenting false images of the true church before the world with their scandalous lifestyles while fulfilling the will and lusts of Satan their father.

If anyone confesses Christ as Lord, but denying to live as becomes saints (Ephesians 5:3-5), are they not crucifying the Son of God afresh the second time, and bringing him to an open shame? Are those lifetsyles not the treading under foot the Son of God, and counting the blood of the covenant, wherewith they were sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace? Hebrews 10:26-29. Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints. For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ. I will therefore put you in remembrance, though ye once knew this, how that the Lord, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed them that believed not. And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day. Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire. Jude 1:3-7.

Because you have the truth and have chosen to keep the commandments of God, you should be strong in the Lord and to put on his whole amour,  expect and ready for any assault and bombardment from the kingdom of darkness: to think otherwise is to be delusional and make yourself an easy target for the enemy. Revelation 12:17.

Work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. The race is personal. Your relationship with God is personal. The accountability of your engagement for the Lord both in the church and in the world is unique and personal at the judgement seat of Christ. Your reward from the Lord is personal according to your works shall be – In a race everyone runs, but only one person gets first prize. So run your race to win. 1 Corinthians 9:24.  

Because of the pressures from the world and ungodly demands and influences of certain church sponsorships, Some good leaders and elders in the church shall compromise the sound doctrines they once held precious. The weak hearted brethren shall be carried away by the dissimulation of the ungodly brethren in the last days. Many shall be discouraged by the bad examples of church leadersand church goers to forsake their first love, purity, increasing obedience and watchtfulness before the Lord. Men who have once began in the spirit and has suffered many things in the spirit, shall willingly walk back to build what they had once destroyed (Romans 6:6) in the flesh to be made perfect in the flesh. Galatians 3:3.

Except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved (Matthew 24:22): but for the elect’s sake, God will make good his word and those days shall be shortened. Though there shall be a great falling away, many shall also among them that fall shall be forgiven and restored to be made ready, washed and sanctified to be counted worthy for the end time when the bridegroom shall sudenly appear even as it is written, And some of them of understanding shall fall, to try them, and to purge, and to make them white, even to the time of the end: because it is yet for a time appointed. Daniel 11:35. 

But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. 1 Corinthians 15:57.

In Christ Jesus, we are called and empowered to overcome Satan, world and the flesh and whatsoever is not of  God because the Lord has overcome the world. Whosoever is born of God overcome the world. 1 John 5:4.

In Christ Jesus, God has called and given us the power to walk and live victoriously in every situation and in every place in the world, we are complete in him who is the head of principalities and powers. Christ victory is our victory. His triumphed over Satan, world,  flesh and over the hypocrites Pharisees is also our’s over Satan, world and the flesh and over the deceitful men in the church.

There is nothing like Twenty first century generation faith: believers of all ages must contend for the faith once delivered unto the saints (Jude 1:3): to build after the pattern of the first pioneers – the holy apostles and prophets of our Lord Jesus Christ if they are to fight the good battle of faith and to run the race in a lawful manner to obtain the prize whereby overcoming the dangers and destructions of compromises with the enemy in this last days. There is no any other foundation anyone can lay in the church or for the church again. Christ is the pillar and corner stone of his church,: he is the author and finisher of the faith of his saints.

Recently, Pope Francis (Jorge Mario Bergoglio) of catholic faith church worldwide made a wicked unrighteous and ungodly decree that the same sex marriage couples should receive their blessing from the church. What a disgustful and abominable decree against the word and holiness of God? We are not to remove the old landmarks set by the forefathers; to set up another foundation of a false Christ or false doctrines and false gospel than to end up in hell for eternity.

We are in the last days, those who tolerate evil and unfruitful works of darkness in others are like- wise sinners and evil in themselves. Let love be without dissimulation, abhor that which is evil, cleave to that which is good. You have to seek for truth to buy, and sell it not for whatever reason; to love the company of those who love truth. If you don’t show detestation to evil, it means you have pleasure in it and a partaker therein by silent consent (thou shall not follow a multitude to do evil. Exodus 23:2. Romans 12: 9.

The text goes against everything the world gramatically calls bigotry, lack of emphaty, prejudice, intolerance and lack of love. The text says that love shown and given to others should be based or founded on the knowledge of God’s word, based on the fear of God before you approve or disapprove anything: praise or frown at anything; accept or reject any idea, proposal and unscriptural comportment or lifestyle.

 Love without hypocrisy will speak the truth in love, not as pleasingly any man for whatever reason, but to  please God who will punish anyone that deceives their neighbour for whatever reason. They shall be guilty of the blood of men they misled by their sweet and flattering word, leaving them to perish by flatter and falsehood. (2). Failure to love without hypocrisy, they made themselves an unconscious and indirect enemy to their loved ones by approving what is wrong, because they don’t like to hurt them: they refused to speak out the truth as it is, though it’s as hurt and bitter as it may be: faithful are the wounds of a friend, but the kisses of an enemy are deceitful. Proverbs 27:6.

The Lord, in his letter to the seven churches,declares, As many that i love I rebuked. We must rebuke, correct, teach speak  the truth in love and every other things by charity. True love should not be afraid to lose the company of another friend who has no pleasure (heretic and adamant) in the antidote for peace, liberty and sanctification — truth. not actually participating, just like Desmond Tutu (Nobel peace prize 1984) is not a gay, but gave his blessing to his wayward lesbian daughter’s wed to a Dutch woman –Mpho Tutu van Furth.

Woe unto them that gives their blessings on whatever the Lord abhors! It means they’ve compromised their stand for the truth as a saint in light for men’s praise and approval. Where are the anointed Jehu’s of God today who will not seek for peace and co-​operation with others where evil is evident (when Joram saw Jehu, he said, do you come in peace, Jehu? And he answered, what peace [can exist] as long as the fornications of your mother Jezebel and her sorceries are so many? 2 Kings 9:22) but will abhor and resist it out rightly and put darkness to flight? 2 Corinthians 10:18.

It doesn’t matter to whom the truth is applicable or guilty of wrong and evil doing– wife, husband, children, mother, daughter, son, in laws: if you love them more than Christ, you are not worthy of him. Christ came into the world not to bring peace but separation (Matthew 10:34 – 39) and to bear witness to the truth, and to testify against the evil in the world, and to give his life as ransom for sinners that good – light and righteousness may prevail. Has any man bestow or speak a father’s blessing to any daughter or son of his who has chosen to be a lesbian or gay contrary to the word of God for whatever reason? How dare you bless that which is accursed by God?  If indeed we love God, whatever God says is evil and abomination to him should be evil and abominable to us. The vices out there in the world should be hated, disgusted, detested, loathsome and despicable to a true child of God just like Lot openly showed his disapproval against the sexual perversion of the gay pride and ways of the Sodomites, and was willing to give away his virgin daughters to change their perverted sexual ways. 2 Peter 2:7 – 8.

Have you chosen to stay in a church where evil is not contested against from the pulpit? il good, bitter sweet, and darkness light. Isaiah 5:20.When men add to the word of God, they become a liar, and you know the fate of all liars – hell: and when men remove from the word of God, you know that they shall be reproved by him: both actions are evil, to add or remove from the word of God, he approves not. Proverbs 30:5 – 6.

Adam ought to stand on the word of God and never permit Eve to indoctrinate him against the word of God given for the continuation of their existence in the Garden of Eden. He ought to, but failed to put off a good fight of faith to defend the truth for his survival; to resist Eve and the serpent who has gained advantaged over her: instead, he showed weakness in the place of strength to love his wife above God which should be loved before and above all. He knew that God has forewarned death as the outcome result if any should eat from the fruit of the tree of knowledge of good and evil, but nonetheless, he chose not to be mindful of the word of God: you that love the Lord hate evil: he preserves the souls of his saints; he delivers them out of the hand of the wicked. Light is sown for the righteous, and gladness for the upright in heart. Psalms 97:10 – 11.

Adam cleaved to the evil instead of him to do the right thing by non –compliance to Eve’s desire (to act in accordance with a wish or command) and to disavow (deny any responsibility or support for) himself from her action. He was supportive of her misinterpretation, false and wrong application of the word of God in the place of bringing her thought into the captivity of obedience to the word of God. Two sins are found in Adam: (1) he listened to wrong doctrine given by the serpent to the woman, instead of him to resist her for the continuation of his existence before God: Adam was first formed and was given instruction about all the trees which he later communicate to Eve at her arrival in the Garden, how dared him allowed her through the deception of Satan to twist the word of God for his fall and destruction! (2) He willfully enjoyed, but not forced to eat from the fruit of the tree of knowledge of good and evil, only to put the blame on the wife he was responsible to teach before God. Note: whenever you compromised the sensual, emotional, material, physical or visible things against the word of God or for the word of God; you are at a great loss, descending and diving into the pit of death and hell: nothing should be traded in exchange for the word of life but to labor and strive that none of the word should fall to the ground: nobody should be important to you above the word of God: for by it you live – For all flesh is as grass, and all the glory of man as the flower of grass. The grass withereth, and the flower thereof falleth away: but the word of the Lord endureth for ever. And this is the word which by the gospel is preached unto you. 1 Peter 1:24-25.

People seems to blindly fall in love to what is hateful to the Lord, which they should likewise hate and avoid. Two people cannot walk together except they agreed (Amos 3:3): whosoever transgress, and abides not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abides in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son. If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed: for he that bids him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds. 2 John 9 – 11.
The spirit of error is not of God as we can see from the Garden of Eden, but the err can be corrected and restored if he is willing to learn and change (my brothers and sisters, if anyone among you strays from the truth and falls into error and [another] one turns him back [to God], let the [latter] one know that the one who has turned a sinner from the error of his way will save that one’s soul from death and cover a multitude of sins [that is, obtain the pardon of the many sins committed by the one who has been restored. James 2:19 – 20) if not, such is counted to be heretical and false brethren which should be rejected after the first and second admonition. If otherwise, they will pollute and indoctrinate you and your assembly with false doctrine of a corrupt mind from the pit of hell – but avoid foolish and ill-​informed and stupid controversies and genealogies and dissensions and quarrels about the law, for they are unprofitable and useless. After a first and second warning reject a divisive man [who promotes heresy and causes dissension — ban him from your fellowship and have nothing more to do with him], well aware that such a person is twisted and is sinning; he is convicted and self-​condemned [and is gratified by causing confusion among believers]. Titus 3:9 – 11.
Where is the Phinehas in the church today with strong detest against sexual immorality on the altar and in the congregation; though they may not resolve to javelin to kill and avenge the Lord of those who are making sacrilege of his temple (Numbers 25:1 – 14) thinking that none can challenge them, but they can show strong displeasure, abhorrence and disapproval to separate from any brother or sister who is a fornicator, drunkard, lesbian, gay, thieves, covetousness, slanderer, swindler, slanderer: not even to eat with such. 1 Corinthians 5:9 – 13.

If you do not abhor and disassociate from evil; you are evil, a little leaven leavening the whole lump: but if you abhor and dissociate from evil, you shall be clean through the word spoken to you by the Lord, and he shall be your indestructible sanctuary and shelter from all evil and from the slander and persecution of evil men.

Feminism, the spirit of the world is taking over many churches in this last days. Women should be honoured as partakers of the same grace and heirs of the same promised, but they should be shown their place, and be taught their works, both at home and in the church.

No one should be found to tolerate anything forbidden by the scriptures (but I have this [charge] against you, that you tolerate the woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess [claiming to be inspired], and she teaches and misleads my servants so that they commit [acts of sexual] immorality and eat food sacrificed to idols. Revelation 2:20.

Whatever is abomination in the eyes of God is evil and damnable: such things should be abhorred by his children — church. The seeds and prototypes  of Jezebel should not be tolerated in the church as female pastors — from the beginning, this is what the serpent sought after right from the Garden of Eden – to set up Eve over Adam for teaching.

Believers, male or female, but most especially the male believers who are sitting under the ministerial leadership and shepherdess of a female pastor, bishop or prophetess is likened to King Ahab who sold himself to Jezebel to rule over him by seduction and manipulation – bewithchment. Deliberately, such women defies and rebels against the light – God’s word : as for my people, children are their oppressors, and women rule over them. O my people, they which lead thee cause thee to err, and destroy the way of thy paths.. Isaiah 3:12.

In this last days, many believers shall be the architect of their own spiritual problems because they will not apply the scriptures as light for their paths and lamp to their feet in the world of darkness. One of the big problems and dangers of the last day is the resistance of believers against the undiluted word of God, unwillingness or sturbborness to submit to God’s ways and thoughts; hardness of heart against the strong meat for instructions in rightoeusness to be presented perfect before Christ through the diferent ministries of the faithful preachers of the word of God – whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus. Colossians 1:28.

The universal body of Christ – church is in a period where we are all witnessing declining interests in the true love in the spirit. Colossians 1:8. Genuine hunger and thirstiness after righteousness fades away. The harvest is plentiful, but genuine labourers are few, whilefalse prophets and apostles are increasing and multiplying daily and everywhere in the world. 

Today, the gospel of prosperity is out there doing its damages to establish false mentality and corrupt opinions about true spirituality and religion on the ammount of accumulation of personal material gains and possessions received from God, instead of prioritising and focusing on the true riches of Christ and how to keep increasing in the transformation of Christ who is the image of God. In th church today, only few believers has the joy, pleasure, desire, time and patience to sit down to enjoy sound preaching for a duration of one hour or more. Now, it’s all about what you can financially and materially profit from God – it’s all about finacial prosperity and prophetic utterance and revelations Twenty- four seven – its all about miracles and manifestations of  the supernatural – diabolical or of divine in origin: people are not careful to know the origin of their miracles or prophetic insights, all they wanted are miracles and prophecies.

As a believer, you are called to fight, not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places (Ephesians 6:12) but if you have to fight, it is now to fight for your soul and for the holiness of the house of God, which is the church. Note: all the seven churches and their members are called upon, and challenged by him that walks in the midst of the seven candles sticks, who also holds the seven stars in his right hand to overcome, none is excluded – they must overcome, otherwise, they shall not be clothed with white robe (symbol of their purity), and shall not receive palm leaves in their hand – symbol of their victory and intergrity – After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands; and cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation to our God which sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb. And all the angels stood round about the throne, and about the elders and the four beasts, and fell before the throne on their faces, and worshipped God, Saying, Amen: Blessing, and glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honour, and power, and might, be unto our God for ever and ever. Amen. And one of the elders answered, saying unto me, What are these which are arrayed in white robes? and whence came they? And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. Therefore are they before the throne of God, and serve him day and night in his temple: and he that sitteth on the throne shall dwell among them. They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more; neither shall the sun light on them, nor any heat. For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes. Revelation 7:9-17.

According to the prophetic biblical time and season we are in, sin shall increase in the world, and the love of many shall wax cold ( Matthew 24:12), yet, in the midst of increasing sin in the world shall the whole earth be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord as water cover the sea. Habakkuk 2:14.

Though God promised to pour out his spirit upon all flesh, it is exclusively upon those who are thirsty, upon those who have repented and baptised in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of their sins; many don’t want to come to the light, lest their evil works should be made known – whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

In regards to what concerns genuine spiritual revival in the last days, individual believer or collective believers in a local church or community should ask of the Lord rain in the time of latter rain: so the Lord shall make bright clouds, and give them showers of rain, to every one grass in the field. Zachariah 10;1. There shall be global revival, but not a good revival, but the increase of false teachings and doctrines from many false prophets, apostles and teachers all over the world, and they shall draw great crowds after them, for many shall follow their pernicious way; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of.

Just as Christ foretold, they shall appear and rise up with great but diabilical power and authority from the world of darkness to perform great miracles, signs and wonders. They shall draw great crowd after them because the children of this world love darkness rather than light because their work is evil: indeed, the end time is a period of great deception where truth is supressed and light shines in darkness, yet darkness cannot overcome it – I have seen also in the prophets of Jerusalem an horrible thing: they commit adultery, and walk in lies: they strengthen also the hands of evildoers, that none doth return from his wickedness; they are all of them unto me as Sodom, and the inhabitants thereof as Gomorrah. Therefore thus saith the Lord of hosts concerning the prophets; behold, I will feed them with wormwood, and make them drink the water of gall: for from the prophets of Jerusalem is profaneness gone forth into all the land. Thus saith the Lord of hosts, hearken not unto the words of the prophets that prophesy unto you: they make you vain: they speak a vision of their own heart, and not out of the mouth of the Lord. They say still unto them that despise me, the Lord hath said, you shall have peace; and they say unto every one that walketh after the imagination of his own heart, no evil shall come upon you. For who hath stood in the counsel of the Lord, and hath perceived and heard his word? who hath marked his word, and heard it? Jeremiah 23:14-18.

Satan knows the bible very well., but he will never abide in the truth. John 8:44.

We cannot overcome the enemy if we do not abide in the truth by rightly dividing  the word of truth – if we don’t know our bible very well, and the word of God is not in us in all wisdom and spiritual understanding: to stand firm and faithful to the doctrines of godliness and holiness which is profotable in all things, we cannot conquer or free from sin, flesh, world and from Satan, the great manipulator: for the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way. And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming: even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, and with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: that they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness. 2 Thessalonians 2:7-12.

According to Christ, Satan is in the church as an angel of light, for there are many synagogues of Satan in the name of Christian churches and gatherings out there. Revelation 3:9. The children of darkness are among us as tares among the wheat inside the church today. We know that the presence of tares among the wheat is to hamper the growth of the plant and to destroy its productivity and fruitfulness if possible.

If the tares are allowed and left to grow among the wheat until the time of harvest, it means that Satan has successfully made a breach into the church to operate as an angel of light. His apostles are presenting themselves as an apostles of righteousness to propagate false doctrines; to exert false influence and enforce false authority over the unlearned and unstable in the word of God. Matthew 13:24-30.

I have more understanding than all my teachers: for thy testimonies are my meditation. Psalms 119:99.

Some believers always says, my pastor says so so and so, even when they know that his interpretation and application of the scripture is contrary to what is written, they still stand to defend his errorneous teaching and false interpretation of the scriptures to tell you that they are under certain bewitchment of which Apostle Paul called out the Galatians brethren by asking, O ye foolish Galatians, who has bewitched you not to obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ hath been evidently set forth, crucified among you? Galatians 3:1.

Jesus promised to give all things to the believer who shall overcome: he that overcomes shall inherit all things, but those who are not ready to suffer for Christ sake, shall overcome nothing, and shall have nothing to inherit, for through many tribulations shall we inherit the kingdom of heaven. Acts 14:22.  Revelation 21:7.

There are so many things to overcome as you pursue the great price of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus, but you must be ready to pay the price to suffer for righteousness sake, willing to be rebellious to any ungodly influence and authority over your soul; just like Joseph was rebellious to the ungodly demand and expectation from his master’s wife at Portiphar’s house, refused to sleep with her, though he spent some time in prison for his righteous and holy rebellion, but was an overcomer. An overcomer shall be willing to be rebellious against ungodly and unbiblical authority and influences over his life, like Daniel bluntly refused to stop praying to God at Babylon, though was cast into the den of lions, God stepped into his case, the mouths of the lions was locked,  at the end, he was victorious – like Shadrack, Messach and Abednego also righteouslly rebelled and refused to obey the King, not bowing down before his golden stature to pollute their relationships with God, though were cast into the furnance of fire, the fire had no effect on them because God went a head of them into the fire and they were overcomers at the end. Note: it is the matter of choice and what you set before you as priority; but those who have chosen to lose their lives for the Lord in the world has nothing else to lose – as long as they have not counted their own lives dear unto them, nothing else is dear unto them to let go for the Lord’s sake – And they did not love their lives unto the death. Revelation 12:11.
