Unjustified, sinful, ungodly and condemnable anger
Share

The unbroken Christians will always have their carnal – unscriptural reasons such as the changes in their hormone system, their embarrasing, tense and difficult situation and circumstance, or someone’s inability to understand what they want or what they are going through for blame to justify their sinful anger and destructive, damnnable and openly condemned  by the word of God.

This type of anger is the work of the flesh, those that do such thing shall not inherit the kingdom of God. It is the nature and wrath of the serpent which does not work the righteousness of God in man who walk and live in the flesh– frustrated wrath, envious wrath, thoughtless anger of an unwarrated reaction or action, wrath of the incorrigble, prideful wrath etc. This is the wrath of man which does not work the righteousness of God, but bring the punishment of divine judgement on him – be ye afraid of the sword – divine condemnation, for wrath bringeth the punishments of the sword, that ye may know there is a judgement. The book of Job 19: 29.

God testified about Moses as the meekest man on earth, but his timidity and docility was worn out by the Israelis, for they wearied, influenced and provoked him to insult them, and against God’s direct instruction to speak to the rock for water to come out, but he impulsively smote the rock which represents Christ to provoke God’s reaction and judgement,  penalised for his moral failure and weakness, forbiden to enter the promised Land. Numbers 20: 7-12.

Wrath is outrageous, it kills the foolish man. The book of Job 5:2. Moses was made to suffer the consequence of his anger in his mis-representation of God at the water of Meribah where he angrily argued and insulted the people -strife of tongue and exchanging of unnecessary words with the people he ought to teach and led. Note: familiarity with God should never breed contempt! We should see our intimacy with God as an asset upon which we can continue to build upon a progressive walk and growth of maturity in our spiritual life, to help others from the position of our relationship and fellowship with God designated for great accountability of proper conducts to serve appropriately, walking worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing.

A fool’s wrath is presently known, shows his annoyance at once as he flays up in savage defense, criticism or reaction on any little or insignificant matter which ought to be worked out, overlooked or laughed over, not thinking twice of the consequence, or if the matter is worthy of any senseless decision, destructive reaction or action. Either to intimidate others or defend himself, he speaks to provoke strife (an angry man stirreth up strife, and a furious man aboundeth in transgression. Proverbs 29:22), he look, walk and appears angrily as a weapon – he that is soon angry dealeth foolishly: and a man of wicked devices is hated. Proverbs 14:17.

Moses was right to express dissatisfaction before the congregation for the golden calf made by Aaron at their request, but to allow uncontrolable emotional reaction of their sin to become a sin unto himself was an unnecessary agitation and overreaction. Moses was wrong in his action against the sin of the golden calf: to treat the people in such a way to drink the powdry watery calf for the sin he had successfully prevailed in intercession before God to forgive his people is unimaginable: by the way, God promised to visit the sin in the future, if they will not truly repent, but Moses decided to visit the sin on the spot in his own term — the servant of the Lord must not strive, but be gentle unto all men, in meekness, apt to tech, patience, in meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledgement of the truth. 1 Timothy 2:24-25. Exodus 32:31-35.

Think about it, for what reason had Moses to destroy the two tables of the law received after fasted for forty days and nights without bread and water on the mountain? What has the destruction of the tables of the law do with the golden calf made by Aaron at the request of the people? What has God to do with the grinding of the golden calf into powder to be mixed with water for the people drink to punish them, without God ordering it, carried away by false zeal of reaction by anger? You can imagine a scenario of wrestling and fighting in the camp for the idolatrous to drink the calf powdery watery drink – surely, a wrathful man stirs up strife. Proverbs.15:18.

As many as are led by the Spirit of God are the sons of God. Roans 8:14. Has God com-manded his humble servant to break the tables of the law and to grind the golden calf into powder and to forcefuly made the congregations to drink as punishment for their idolatory sin? Not at all, but angry responses to force or defend your cause will create strife – the forcing of wrath bringeth forth strife. Proverbs 30:33.

Moses angry action to make the people drink dirts water from the powdry calf was uncalled for before God – this was an abusive and excessive use of spiritual authority. And, breaking the two tables of the law written by the finger of God into pieces, was obliged to go back to the mountain the second time for another forty days and forty nights of an unnecessary dry fast to recover the two tables destroyed by anger; this time around, not to be written by the fingers of God, but by Moses own handwriting as God will dictate for him to write — a man of great wrath shall suffer.punishment, for if you deliver him, you must deliver him again. Proverbs. 19:19.

A hot tempering spirit destroys lives, job, marriages and other relationships in the twinkling of an eye. It is capable to ruin projects, success and fruits of many years of labour, just as it did in the life of Moses, the great man of God.

Let us not be ignorant that the enemy will seek and try to use whatever works of the flesh he found in us, or any un-broken part of in us to break us. We should know that the breaking of the enemy is to destroy us, but the breaking process of God’s dealing with us is to remould and rehsape us into the image of our Lord Christ Jesus. We should earnestly cry before God in prayer to break and mould us, and to remove every hardness or rigidity in us for Christ to be formed in us. Once broken by God, we become unbreakable and in-penetrable by whatever weapons the enemy might fashioned against us to compromise, easily overcoming the contradictions of sinners without any offense in Christ, continually triumphing over challenges the enemy might bring to sift us as wheat. And though the enemy, and not God, try to slay us, we shall be indesructible and unmovable, always abounding in the works of the Lord to the end.

Angry pastor angrily judge and condemn another pastor, openly or covertly, they fight one another because of one having smaller church membership, and another with a bigger church congregation. For whatever reason, those who have truly put on Christ will not angrily be rioting against their brethren or condemn another church who is diffrent in mode of worhsip, but will rejoice, knowing that, either in truth or pretense, Christ is preached.

No pastor, church worker, not even any believer should be a brawler or someone who is easily provoked. 1 Timothy.3:3. Titus.1:7. The discretion of a man deferred (delay, suspend or put off) his anger, and it is his glory (reputation, testimony, praise, advantage and honour) to pass over a transgression. Proverbs. 19:11.

Anger should be put away as an old garment of the old man who has now been crucified with Christ – let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice. Ephesians 4:31-32. Violence shall no longer be heard in your land, neither wasting nor destruction within your borders; but you shall call your walls salvation, and your gates praise. Isaiah 60:18. A wise man will pacify his anger and overlook many offenses in many instances with warnings before any resistance is shown in the future, he does not fight angrily at once, – the beginning of strife is as when one letteth out water: therefore leave off contention, before it be meddled with. Proverbs17:14.

Nabal’s ingratitude towards David, and the insults he uttered on David and his men, moved David to provocation, filled with  personal rageful vengeanace, he went after Nabal to destroy him with every living beings in his house – the innocent souls, but for the wise and timely intervention of Nabal’s wife –Abigail, David admits his wrong, hasty and foolish rageful decision and misssion to avenge himself by killling others who are not grateful to give back for his kindness and free service rendered: afterward, he was thankful to God and to Abigail for her counsel against the foolish rage of seeking for personal vengeance – he that is slow to wrath is of great understanding: but he that is hasty of spirit exalted folly. 1 Samuel 25. Proverbs 14:29.

Genesis chapter 34 gives us the narrative account of Jacob’s only daughter – Dinah raped by Shechem who is a prince of the land where Dinah mingled with the daughters of the land. The Father of Shechem (the king of Havite) approached Jacob’s household to present excused and asked for pardon for the crime of sexual defilement of Dinah, seek to marry her for his son in marriage. Agreement was put in place and deal was reached as Dinah became a royal princess in the land of the Havite. With a chip on each of their shoulders, Simeon and Levi, Dinah’s brothers, went in a furious revenge and slew the king, the prince, and all the males of the land with the edge of the sword, removed their sister from the prince family. Jacob, in his final prophetic blessing and farewell remarks to his children before his death, cursed both Simeon and Levi for their unwarranted actions that broke the oath and covenant between him and the Hivites in the matter of Dinah, – Simeon and Levi are brethren; the instruments of cruelty are in their habitations. O my soul, come not into their secret, unto their assembly, mine honour, be not thou united: for in their anger they slew a man, and in their self-will they digged down a wall. Cursed be their anger, for it was fierce; and their wrath, for it was cruel; I will divide them in Jacob, and scatter them in Israel Gen. 49: 5-7.

Although the tribe of Simeon did receive some land, it eventually ended up conflating with the Tribe of Judah. The Tribe of Simeon thus became one of the 10 Lost Tribes of Israel since, after the Babylonian Exile in 586 BCE, there is no evidence of what happened to the tribe and it probably assimilated into other cultures. About Levi, how blessed and glorious shall our lustful and destructive passions of the past can be of usefulness to advance the kingdom and cause of Christ if we convert them into godly and holy weapons and instruments to advance the cause and the kingdom of God? From the book of Exodus chapter 32 verses 26-29,  Levi came out of the curse, break away from it, Moses blessed him, and was set apart as priest before God – And of Levi he said, let thy Thummim and thy Urim be with thy holy one, whom thou didst prove at Massah, and with whom thou didst strive at the waters of Meribah; who said unto his father and to his mother, I have not seen him; neither did he acknowledge his brethren, nor knew his own children: for they have observed thy word, and kept thy covenant. They shall teach Jacob thy judgments, and Israel thy law: they shall put incense before thee, and whole burnt sacrifice upon thine altar. Bless, Lord, his substance, and accept the work of his hands; smite through the loins of them that rise against him, and of them that hate him, that they rise not again. Deuteronomy 33: 8-11.

Simeon and Levi cause could have been right, if they have taken action before Jacob made a deal with the Hivites who had wrought folly in Israel. Their actions afterward was not justified for killing the Hivites because Jacob their father, had agreed and made a deal with them after the incident of the rape of their sister, and she was given for marriage – they should not keep dwelling in the past, reopening wounds and allowing opportunities for self-sabotage.

Though, Joseph was physically sexually provoked and enticed by the wife of his master, but was not personally provoked in his spirit and reaction to her provocation- he ruled his spirit. In the scriptures, there are such words as ‘vex’ the Midianites (provoked to war and seek fight with them), for they ‘vex’ (entice, arouse, stimulate and stir) you with their ‘wiles’ (sexual provocation, enticement, and sexaul mental harassements through seductive wears and appearances) Numbers 25:16-18.

From the evil counsels of prophet Balaam, the daughters of Moab dressed seductively in the attire of harlots to entice the Israelis to commit fornication and to eat things sacrificed to idol. Such is the manner of dressing and physical presentation in the attire (habili-ment) of a harlot (Proverb 7:10) known taday as sexy fashion, purposely intentended by enemy to increase the lusts of the eyes, and the lusts of the flesh: to promote, arouse and increase lustful and immoral sexual desire in the churches and in the  world today. Be made awared and assured that in any way, either to satisfy your own lusts in comformity to the world, or you dress to entice others, God shall judge and condemn the lifestyles which has stood and served as a stumbling block or occasion to sin for others – Hold thy peace at the presence of the Lord God: for the day of the Lord is at hand: for the Lord hath prepared a sacrifice, he hath bid his guests. And it shall come to pass in the day of the Lord’s sacrifice, that I will punish the princes, and the king’s children, and all such as are clothed with strange apparel. Zephaniah 1:1-3: 7-8.

Satan ‘provoked’ David to number Israel. Satan will put us to test in every areas of life like he did against Christ. Here, David’s humility was tested as king, but he failed. It is an evil provocation and direct assault from the enemy, a thoughtless anger of a thoughtless prideful  action of a grave consequence in direct confrontation against the glory of God which he would not share with anyone. 1 Chronicles 21:1.

‘Samson soul was vexed unto death’ – bewitched anger. This type of anger influence many people to do and say stupid things to jeopardizes their lives, and to destroys opporutuities. Judges16:16.

‘And Amnon was so vexed’ – rage of the rapist. 2 Samuel: 13:2.

The emotional trauma and burning desire to do evil to have some closure or consolation or present satisfaction and the churlish behaviour of the wicked around us are the coordinated assaults from the spiritual wickedness in high places to sin against God. The outcome of such action, if yielded to their temptation, is always fatal, and the end, grave – Cease from anger, and forsake wrath: fret not thyself in any wise to do evil. For evildoers shall be cut off; but those that wait upon the Lord, shall inherit the earth. Psalms. 37: 8-9.

Conflicting matters among the brethren will sometimes arise, we must seek for means to reason out and dialogue our differences on biblical grounds in order to make peace and reconciliation, staying and growing together unto Christ in all things, brotherly love must continue. Some people angrily leave their local church to avoid the sons of Belial, ignorant that the wheat and tares are meant to grow together in the same place until the end, there’s nothing that can be done for now. To abandon the assembly of the brethren in an offensive anger is unscriptural, demonically inspired, sinful and self- destructive.

It is the anger or rage of a spiritually arrogant foolish believer to decisively walk away from the brethren and church to stay at home because of the scandal or misconducts of others in the church. With such action, he is the loser, while Satan is happy and winning – woe unto the man who is alone, when he shall fall, who shall lift him up.  Sometimes, the furious arrogant believer angrily leave the choir group or other activity group in the church because they couldn’t impose their will on others, (b) some of them leave the church, in protest for a position they can’t get, (c) some of them leave the church for lack of recognition and praises they think they deserves for their devotion or religious life, but not about to happen. Are their motives to serve God indeed pure – did they know who they really believed in – who they are really serving – are they aware of the reason God positioned them where they are before they angrily walked away? These are detrimental and consequencial angers before God.

You shouldn’t bear grudges, otherwise, the sun will be rising and going down daily on your anger, neither should you keep repeating the past misunderstanding, this is altogether as to nurse anger in the heart, and we seek to end the relationship – whosoever covereth a transgression seeketh love; but he that repeateth a matter separateth very friends. Proverbs 17:9.

They that observe lying vanity, forsake their own mercies. Let the mercies, gentleness, compassion and favour we’re receiving daily from God be extended and shown to others in our kind and soft dealings in flexibility in our relationship with everyone, lest we become like the wicked servant, condemned and thrown into the furnace of fire by his master, because he refused to be kind and patient with his fellow servant’s little debt owed, hastily and angrily put him in prison, just after himself had received the cancelation of a gross debt from their master – put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, long-suffering. Forbearing one another and forgiving one another, if any have a quarrel against any; even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye. Colossians 3: 12-13.

Serve the Lord with gladness, but if you are angry or showing anger, because of the way God is leading you, or for what he allows you to go through, than to rejoice for the humiliation and other injustices you are encountering for the sake of Christ, you will not be blessed because you are offended in the Lord, – this is the anger of a foolish and rebellious son, standing up in protest against the King of heaven, against whom there is no rising up. When people don’t respect you because of your identity in Christ, remember that we are made as the filth of the world, and are the off– scouring of all things unto this day. 1Corinthians 4:13. Proverbs 30:31.

Envious anger – Satan, Cain and King Saul’s anger

This is the anger of Satan against mankind in general, but precisely against the church – and the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ. Revelation 12:17.

Satan envious of God, provoked the anger and rebellion that caused the war in heaven, but failed in his attempt to become like God, unable to overthrow God from his throne in heaven.  Satan envied man created in the image of God, he deceived to destroy him, steal his power, dominion and position in the creation to become the god of this world. Envious people always come like a snake, covert, flattering and deceptive, but venomous. Love does not envy, and is not easily provoked, but anything you do or say before the envious man is always offensive, irritating and get criticism or correction. Everything about you is scrutinize, not because you are a rogue, but to compare the quality with what they have, or to find fault, and occassion to accuse, just because they are jealous of you. Some angrily bewithched others to paralyse their activities or destroys them altogether, angrily jealous of their star, destiny and glory. They become talebearers, liars, evil – hearted, evil eyes, angry for no reason, been jealousy of others.

You can always tell by discernement, revelation or by their actions and words. You should be very careful of anyone who you noticed of jealous of you, competing or comparing to you. Such attitude, not only is foolish, but is evil. The anger borne out of envy is the most hurtful and destructive anger. There is no explanation or excuse that anyone under the control of this demon can give to justify themself for the works and presence of envy and anger in them. Who can stand before envy? The anger of an envious man is irreparably destructive and cruel. Abel couldn’t escaped the destructive and fatal power of Cain’s envious anger until he finally killed him– wrath is cruel, anger is outrageous, but who is able to stand before envy? Proverbs 27:4.

Except God preserved and saved David from the anger of  Saul’s envy, he could not had get to the throne. And David abode in the wilderness in strong holds, and remained in a mountain in the wilderness of Ziph. And Saul sought him every day, but God delivered him not into his hand. 1 Samuel 23:14.

The cause and beggining of King Saul’s envious anger against David was his boldness to stand up for his nation to remove the reproach of Goliath from the armies of the God of Israel. The sin of David against King Saul (a) was his life he put into danger to fight Goliath, put an end to the intimidation and oppressive power of the Philistines against the nation of Israel (b) his second sin was the implication of the victory and celebration song sang by the woman after he conqured and killed Goliath, acknowledging his bravery, and it came to pass as they came, when David was returned from the slaughter of the Philistine that the women came out of all cities of Israeli, singing and dancing, to meet king Saul, with tabrets, with joy, and with instruments of music. And the women answered one another as they played, and said, Saul hath slain his thousands, and David his ten thousands. And Saul was very wroth (envious anger) and the saying displeased him; and he said, they have ascribed unto David ten thousands, and to me they have ascribed but thousands: and what can he have more but the kingdom? And Saul eyed David (to eliminate) from that day and forward. 1 Samuel 18: 6-9.

The inner anger – bitter envy of an envious person covertly multiplies enemy among those who are around his victim – King Saul killed all the priests at Nob for helping David while he hunted for his life to kill him. If he doesn’t succeed to separate him from his friends by manipulation – King Saul sought to separate Jonathan his son from being a friend to David , – he will try to make a friend among the friends of his victim, if it is not to slander him, it will be to seek for collaboration to bring him down, or that someone should betray him – King Saul sought for his daughter’s asistance,  David’s wife to kill him, but she never cooperate with her father. This is the power and work of an envious angry man – deceitful, dishonest, humiliating and implicating.

A man can receive nothing, except what is given him from above. Whatever spiritual capacity or grace bestowed upon any of the brethren, is it not for the common good and edification of the body of Christ? Iron sharpens iron, we can humbly learn to grow and profit from those who have more experience and annointed than us: to tap into their grace for our effectiveness, instead of falsely accussing, contending, criticising or separating them because of jealousy – Who is a wise man and endued with knowledge among you? let him shew out of a good conversation his works with meekness of wisdom. But if ye have bitter envying and strife in your hearts, glory not, and lie not against the truth. This wisdom descendeth not from above, but is earthly, sensual, devilish. For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work. James 3:13-16.

Angry envious bretthren collaborate with Satan to facilitate his destructive works in the body of Christ as they become the instruments of opposition and persecution against their own  brethren in the Lord. How many great works and harvest are aborted  because of envious bitter angry believers? Many are the innocent and zealous souls who have forced to leave their place because of the intimidation and threaths of angry envious men and women – David was forced to run away from the palace as King Saul attempt to kill him twice with Javelin.

Many are the new manifestations of the visitations of God’s spirit furiously been opposed and stopped, falsely judged as rebellion spirit, because the angry envious leaders felt insecured and  threathened for the things they have not sought the Lord after. They shall all be held responsible and accountable for the harvest wasted, and for the blood of the souls meant to be saved, being found guilty of bitter envy and strife in their hearts – indeed, some men’s sin are open before-hand, going before to judgement! 1Timothy 5:24.

Disappointed, frustrated suicidal anger – The anger of Joseph’s brother’s and of Ahotophel

When the devices of a wicked man is exposed before others to see, those with a conscience sealed with hot iron are not moved, instead, change stratergy, become angrier for failure to hurt others, persist and continue in his wicked cause until he succeed. He will not rest or sleep, and his sleep is taken away, unless he cause someone to fall – the unjust knows no shame. Proverbs 4:16. Zephaniah 3:5. But some wicked souls, being discovered for their vileness, shameful and angry at themselves, being weak in resilience, and for their hardness of heart to repent, frustrated for their failure, they choose to die, rather than to live, by taking their own life – shame is the promotion of fools. Proverbs 3:35.

The second description of the anger of the wicked dissapointed man matched up with Ahitophel’ life in his suicidal crime which he thought was the solution to his failed revengeful betrayal against David after his evil counsel was ignored and rejected by king Absalom to pursue immidiately after his father to slay him in the revolt of his son – Absalom.

As the result of his failed and rejected evil counsel to destroy his freind – David, Ahitophel –  Bathsheba’s grandfather, took his own life for the grudges and revengeful anger he harboured against David’s vicious murder of his grand son in law, Uriah the Hittite, –  whom David slew to cover his adultrous act with his wife. Though, David had confessed and repented for his crime, forgiven, but severely punished by God for his crime, yet, Ahitophel preferred to die than to see David alive – and when Ahitophel saw that his counsel was not followed, he saddled his ass, and arose, and gat him home to his house, to his city, and put his house in order, and hanged himself, and died, and was buried. 2 Samuel 17: 23.

Godly and biblical-counsels should not be forced by anyone for another to receive or use. Individual’s should be allowed to pray and wait upon God to lead them to a sound decision making after receiving counsel for their situation or anything in their life. If counsel is not heeded, we should not infuriate, there is no need to hate yourself, or to express hurt feelings to youself as the counselor, this is an arrogant spirit, or to show disdain to the person to whom professional advice is given, but refused.

We all know the story of the betrayal of Joseph by his elder brothers who ought to be responsible for his safety. They sold him into Egypt to change or redirect his destiny, contrary to what God revealed and planned for him. Twenty-two years since the sons of Jacob had last seen Joseph—thirteen years of slavery and prison for Joseph, seven years of plenty, and two years of famine (see Genesis 45:11)—before Jacob’s family was forced to go to Egypt for grain.

Finally, he made himself known to his brothers, not as an innocent and naïve young boy, but as a prince and a prime minister of the land of Egypt. They were shocked, could wished the earth opened to descend into hell than to come face to face with Joseph for their failed and aborted evil intentions against him, but they finally bowed before him to fufill the dream they once fought against in the past. Genesis 44:14.

Joseph perceived their evil treatment of him as permitted and ordained by God to generously pardoned, comforted and encouraged them to forget the past – now therefore be ye not grieved, nor angry – disappointed anger against themselves to fight one another and to find fault to condemn one another) with yourselves that you sold me hither, for God did send me before you to preserve life. Genesis 45: 5.

If we are forgiven by God, and others we offend admits to forgove us, we should learn to forgive ourself, to move forward by doing what is right, and not to dwell on the past failure of wrong choices made, but to trust in the forgiveness and redemptive power of God through Christ Jesus – and when Joseph’s brethren saw that their father was dead, they said, Joseph will peradventure hate us, and will certainly requite us all the evil which we did unto him. And they sent a messenger unto Joseph, saying, your father did command before he died, saying, so shall ye say unto Joseph, forgive, I pray thee now, the trespass of thy brethren, and their sin; for they did unto thee evil: and now, we pray thee, forgive the trespass of the servants of the God of thy father. And Joseph wept when they spake unto him. And his brethren also went and fell down before his face; and they said, behold, we be thy servants. And Joseph said unto them, fear not: for am I in the place of God? But as for you, ye thought evil against me; but God meant it unto good, to bring to pass, as it is this day, to save much people alive. Now therefore fear ye not: I will nourish you, and your little ones. And he comforted them, and spake kindly unto them. Genesis 50:15-21.

Joseph bravery, his reassurance, comfortable and kind words to his brethren appeased their minds individually for fear of any reprise against them, prevents them from any drastic measure likely to be taken against themselves for the evil done to their brother.

Thou shall not kill: this law is not only applicable to a murderer, but for anyone with the idea or intent and action of taking his own life to escape the challenges of life or escape to face justice. It is  cowardice, and not braveness, when people seek to avoid the consequence of their evil act committ suicide. This worsen their situation before God and closes the door for any change or repentance, even as Judas finally committed suicide after his betrayal of Christ.

Anti- success and progress anger – Eliab’s anger.

Famillies, churches and world are filled with men and women of this angry spirit to intimidate, discourage, disuade, frightens and to derail other people from the purpose and plan of God for their lives. They are the fearful, spiritually incapable young men without vision, with the old sleeping soldiers that seems to have lost God’s vision and purposes for their lives, inwardly bitter and angrily expressed it  to deter others who are without discernement to loose their God’s given vision and guidance for their life.

Some people are in the church, but instead of encouraging the commitments of others, they angrily and falsely charged them of overzealousness and being fanatical, if they might stop or scare them away from the discharge of their calling and ministry before the Lord.

Such men and women seek to angrily intimidate the brave and loyal to the Lord, but God has not given us the spirit of fear or bondage. Angry words or expressions of others should not scare us away from standing our ground for Christ. Today, bitter and angry oppositions abounds in the church and world to make you doubt the present of God, and what he wanted to do through you.

In the church, Satan use this type of anti-success angry believers to control others against their wishes, to gain infleunce over the decision of the pastor who is feeble minded and men pleasers, to compromise his preaching, to lower the standard set up by God in his word, – if Timotheus come, see that he may be with you without fear; for he worketh the work of the Lord, as I also do. 1 Corinthians 16: 10.

Anti- success angry men speak and act angrily to discourage you, mock you or others. They sometimes bring false accusation and charges pride, rudeness, lack of respect to elders with every other unfounded alegations against you, except you are able to discern the tricks of the enemy, they will stop you from doing valiantly in the Lord – And Eliab his eldest brother heard when he spoke unto the men; and Eliab’s ‘anger’ was kindled against David, and he said, why hast thou left those few sheep in the wilderness? ‘I know thy pride and the naughtiness of thine heart’; for thou hast come down to that thou mightiest see the battle.  But David stood his ground against his eldest brother’s unfounded accusations of pride and forwardness to weaken and intimidate him: he exclaimed in response to Eliab’s anger, what have I now done? Is there not a cause?

To handle this type of confrontation properly, we need to walk and operate under the strong discernnement of the Spirit of God in readiness to resist the spirit of control of the angry anti success brethren. Eliab’s accusation against David was not ordinary, but an emotional, verbal and spiritual attacks, a warfare from the pit of hell to stop David’s time and moment of unveiling, glorification and testimonies of God’s work and presence in his life. It was David’s day’s of divine visitation which should not be missed. It was the moment he has been prepared for in the wilderness while tending the flock of his father, he’s been waiting all this while for that day. If David by sentiment and intimidation of the angry word of his brother had mistakenly let go of his confrontation against Goliath, the women would not sing to give him ten thousands victory to give a thousand victory to King Saul. Quit you like men and behave strongly for the house of your God, Is there not a cause!1 Samuel 17:28. Nehemiah 4: 1-4.

Provocative anger inspire by Satan to compromise your faith.

Our heart is not turned back, neither have our steps declined from thy way; though thou hast sore broken us in the place of dragons, and covered us with the shadow of death. Psalms 44:18-19.

This type of anger is a direct assault from the enemy when the victim – believer is under diffrent pressures of life, under terrible and strange and divers’ temptations, going out from one fire, entering into another fire, – being pressed hard under the burdens of life, internally urged by a voice or spirit to abandon that which the Lord is presently doing and working in his life, – strongly tempted to stop waiting patiently on the Lord, that you cannot take it anymore, – start living a normal life and forget about this new life in Christ Jesus, seek your own way – found an ungodly and sinful compromising solution to his dilemma,  –  Cease from anger, and forsake wrath: fret not thyself in any wise to do evil. For evildoers shall be cut off: But those that wait upon the Lord, they shall inherit the earth. Psalms 37:8-9.

‘And her adversary also provoked her sore, for to make her fret’. 1 Samuel 1: 6. This day of trouible like Hanah’s, the mother of Sameul, is the time we need to be rooted and grounded in faith, to be strengthened with all might according to divine glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness, play the deaf and dumb game, not answering back, lest the enemy should beat us at his own game.

Satan will love and try to bring you into the strife of tongue and verbal confrontations with his human instruments of provocation to grieve the Spirit of God in you, when the ungodly men and carnal brethren mocked at your trials, chastised you with bitter words, and shook their heads in pity for your plights – don’t fall into it, don’t get annoyed to be discouraged, but commit your cause unto the Lord who performs all things for you.

You should not fall for the temptation of mockery provocative voice of the enemy just as Hannah overcome her provocative adversary – Peninah. Satan will love and try to bring you into the strife of tongue and verbal confrontations with his human instruments of provocation to grieve the Spirit of God in you – when the ungodly men and carnal brethren mocked at your trials, chastised you with bitter words, and shook their heads in pity for your plights – don’t fall into it, don’t get annoyed to be discouraged, but commit your cause unto the Lord who performs all things for you.

Where the wife of Job failed to provoike him to curse God to die (Job 2:9), his three friends continue there in attempt to grieve and provoke him with their vain words. They vexed his soul with bitter and provocative words, instaed of assuaging his woes with the words filled with grace, seasoned with salt: I have heard many such things: miserable comforters are ye all. Shall vain words have an end? Or what emboldeneth thee that thou answerest?  I also could speak as ye do: if your soul were in my soul’s stead, I could heap up words against you, and shake mine head at you. But I would strengthen you with my mouth, and the moving of my lips should asswage your grief….then Job answered and said, how long will ye vex my soul, and break me in pieces with words? These ten times have ye reproached me: ye are not ashamed that ye make yourselves strange to me. And be it indeed that I have erred, mine error remaineth with myself. The book of Job 16: 1-4. 19: 1-4.

Weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning. We must wait until the trial is over and our changes come from the Lord who changes times and seasons. Never faint nor furious by your adversaries, not for what has not been, or what will be, to do or say foolish and angry things before God while you are waiting for the fulness of time for the fulfilments of his promises in your life, – but as for me, my feet were almost gone; my steps had well nigh slipped. For I was envious at the foolish, when I saw the prosperity of the wicked. For there are no bands in their death: but their strength is firm. They are not in trouble as other men; neither are they plagued like other men. Therefore pride compassed them about as a chain; violence covers them as a garment. Their eyes stand out with fatness: they have more than heart could wish. They are corrupt, and speak wickedly concerning oppression: they speak loftily. They set their mouth against the heavens, and their tongue walks through the earth. Therefore his people return hither: and waters of a full cup are wrung out to them. And they say, how doth God know? And is there knowledge in the most High? Behold, these are the ungodly, who prosper in the world; they increase in riches. Verily I have cleansed my heart in vain, and washed my hands in innocence. For all the daylong have I been plagued, and chastened every morning. If I say, I will speak thus; behold, I should offend against the generation of thy children. When I thought to know this, it was too painful for me; until I went into the sanctuary of God; then understood I their end. Surely thou didst set them in slippery places: thou cast them down into destruction. How are they brought into desolation, as in a moment! They are utterly consumed with terrors. As a dream when one awakes; so, O Lord, when thou awakes, thou shall despise their image. Thus my heart was grieved, and I was pricked in my reins. So foolish was I, and ignorant: I was as a beast before thee. Nevertheless I am continually with thee: thou hast holden me by my right hand. Thou shalt guide me with thy counsel, and afterward receive me to glory. Whom have I in heaven but thee? And there is none upon earth that I desire beside thee. My flesh and my heart faileth: but God is the strength of my heart, and my portion for ever. For, lo, they that are far from thee shall perish: thou hast destroyed all them that go a whoring from thee. But it is good for me to draw near to God: I have put my trust in the Lord God, that I may declare all thy works. Psalms73. Proverbs 13:12.

ANGER OF THE IMPATIENT MAN

They are hot temper men and womem who have lost control over their spirits to get angry over any little or insignificant things –  and the children of Dan said unto him, let not thy voice be heard among us, lest angry fellows run upon thee, and thou lose thy life, with the lives of thy household. Judges18:25. Proverbs16:32.

They are clothed with anger from the crown of the head to the sole of the feet – smile angrily, talk angrily, responds angrily, thinks angrily, looks ferociously, walk angrily – everything about them is about anger. They He cannot bear to overlook anything than to react angrily; and while none has ever provoked them; their countenance is continually wrathfull and intense. This is the sign that the spirit of anger has totally taken over them as captive. This is similar to narcisssistic rage – irrational, revengeful,  sudden,  impulsive, exxagerated and uncontrolable anger.

Such men are delighted to warn you not to vex them, being like a live electric power wire, ready to electrocute whosoever touches it. They don’t know or appreciate positive criticism, they will spark up with angry response, fast and furiuos. They dispute and get angry over everything. If their opinion is not considered, they get angry to make enemy, furiuos when asked to explain themselves, or are confronted for  issues or actions which require correction, bitter and aggrieved whenever told they are wrong – proud and haughty scorner is his name, who dealt in proud wrath. Proverbs 21:24.

A man of great wrath shall suffer punishments; for if thou deliver him, yet thou must do it again.. Proverbs 19:19. When things are not going well as they hoped for, they get mad, even at God,  – The foolishness of man perverteth his way: and his heart fretteth against the LORD. Proverbs 19:3.  They ceased to read their bible or pray to God,  if they don’t like the preaching of the pastor or the song from the choir on Sunday’s service, they get angry. They refused to pick someone’s else call because somebody has provoked them from another neighbourhood.

They can be physically abusive, brutal, aggressive, dangerous and destructive to cause bodily injury to themselves and others. They can use or break harmful objects to inflict injury on their victims. They can destroy eletrical appliances such as television and other electronic in the house: break the glass plates and cups, and other households or kitchen utensils before the demon in them is pacified.

Once such people asked you to leave, the best thing is to leave their presence at once, not trying to pacify or reason with them at that particular moment; if not, anything unspeakable or unthinkable can happen. They behave angrily as if they are mentally mad, but they are not, it is the present of an evil spirit at work in them!

They are always at war with everyone over-react and habitually strive with verbal harassement or violent conduct as they are always on the offensive. The medical experts say that having an angry personality can cause the blood vessels to narrow and the blood pressure to rise. People with short tempers have more thickening of the neck arteries, which boosts the odds of having a stroke, one medical journal declares. It’s not easy to keep relationship with angry fellows; they can cut down your life’s span and send you to an early grave – make no friendship with an angry man; and with a furious man thou shalt not go: lest thou learn his ways, and get a snare to thy soul. Proverbs 22: 24-25.
