Evangelist John in his gospel made a clear distinction of Christ as the true light that gives light to every man which comes into the world (John 1:9), and upon whom on earth doth not his light arise as Job also borne witness? Job 25:3. Christ has come as light into the world and the whole earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of God in Christ Jesus as the waters cover the sea. That, this Christ, the only begotten Son of the Father is the eternal light – which is also the eternal truth (1 John 1:5-7) by whom the greater light that rules by day, and the lesser night that rules by night were made. Genesis 1: verses 3, 14 -16. That this Christ is the eternal Word of God (in the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not anything made that was made. In him was life; and the life was the light of men. John 1:1-4) the creative wisdom and power of God, and by him all things consists. Colossians 1:17. Hebrews 11:3.
Though he has spoken before them as never man did, and  were surprised for his wisdom and knowledge as the son of the carpenter: he fed them with bread and they were moved to install him as king over them: he spoke the truth he heard from the Father, which Moses did not: he opened the eyes of him that was blind which has never happened before; Moses wrote about him, and the Jews testified that they believed in Moses, yet they refused to believe those things which Moses wrote concerning him- and this is the condemnation, that light (truth) is come into the world, and men love darkness (lies and deception) rather than light, because their deeds were evil. John 3:19.
That, this light is the holy Son of God who has come down to reveal the Father unto us, so that any spiritually dead sinner who will believes in him shall become the righteousness of God in him. For such has come into the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, through the knowledge of salvation in Christ Jesus to walk in the light as God is light and in him is no darkness – light is sown for the righteous, and gladness for the upright in heart. Psalms 97:11. 2 Corinthians 4:3-4.
None of the divine goodness and blessing for the righteous souls who are washed and saved by the blood of Jesus through the light of Christ knowledge (not the Eckists – the men of Eckankar of the religion of sound and light who are out of the way to walk in astrange light) is guarantee to the double-minded and to those who are unstable in the word (the people answered him, we have heard out of the law that Christ abides for ever: and how sayest thou, the Son of man must be lifted up? who is this Son of man? Then Jesus said unto them, yet a little while is the light with you. Walk while ye have the light, lest darkness come upon you: for he that walks in darkness knows not whither he goes. While ye have light, believe in the light, that ye may be the children of light. These things spoke Jesus, and departed, and did hide himself from them. John 12:34-36) of God, who stumble at Christ to be made a stumbling stone unto them, though they whereunto were also called (1 Peter 2:8) to be part of him and to become an inheritor of the new Jerusalem and a new earth, where the righteous shall eternally dwell in a city which had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof. And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it. And the gates of it shall not be shut at all by day: for there shall be no night there. And they shall bring the glory and honour of the nations into it. And there shall in no wise enter into it anything that defiles, neither whatsoever works abomination, or makes a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb’s book of life. Revelation 21:23-27.
For anyone to come into this light, he oe she must be born again (John 3:3-7), lest they add up to the numbers of the people that shall never see nor come into eternal light because they are not redeem by the blood of the Lamb and their name is not written among those who are born in Zion, but shall be cast into outer darkness, where shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth throughout all eternity. Psalms 49:19. Psalms 87:5-6.
This eternal light is not always available to those who will not make good use of it, and they shall not come to the eternal abode of the spirits of just men made perfect because their paths on earth is not the like the paths of the just, shinning more and more unto a perfect day (then Jesus said unto them, yet a little while is the light with you. Walk while ye have the light, lest darkness come upon you: for he that walks in darkness know not whither he goes. While ye have light, believe in the light, that ye may be the children of light. These things spoke Jesus, and departed, and did hide himself from them. John 12:35-36) through the application of the word of God and abiding life in Christ Jesus as David says; thy word is a lamp unto my feet and light unto my path. Proverbs 4:18. Psalms 119:105.
Let it be made clear that this eternal light which is Christ himself, has come to create division between the inhabitants on the earth: to make two different separate spiritual groups of people in the world as a group to be the children of light and of the day, which are the children of God been separates from the children of darkness and of the night, which are the children of Satan (for ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light: (for the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth;) proving what is acceptable unto the Lord. And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them. For it is a shame even to speak of those things which are done of them in secret. But all things that are reproved are made manifest by the light: for whatsoever doth make manifest is light. Wherefore he says, awake thou that sleeps, and arise from the dead and Christ shall give you light. Ephesians 5:8-14. 1 Thessalonians 5:1-8) to be recognized,  not only by their conducts and appearances, but are exposed by what is coming out of the abundance of their hearts, even by their speeches which will always betrays them – to the law and testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them. Isaiah 8:20. Matthew 10:36-36. Note: whatever the present hatred, resistance, confrontation and contradiction of sinners – be it from the unsaved immediate family members who has once loved to adore you as an apple of eye before conversion; or from the unsaved old friends, unsaved colleagues at work, unsaved neighbors, unsaved boss lady or boss manager at work, are the positive signs of your new life (beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you: but rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ’s sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy. If ye be reproached for the name of Christ, happy are ye; for the spirit of glory and of God rests upon you: on their part he is evil spoken of, but on your part he is glorified. 1 Peter 4:12-14. 2 Corinthians 5:17) in Christ Jesus against the evil spirit that is at works in the children of disobedient through the prince of the power of the air according to the law of opposite reaction that light and darkness shall never have anything in common: believer and unbelievers shall never have anything in union: Christ and Belial shall never have any accord: righteousness and unrighteousness shall never have any agreement. Let us therefore come out from among them, and be separated unto the Lord, so the Father in heaven may have full claim on us as he promised – And I will receive you: I will be a Father unto you, and you shall be my sons and daughters, says the Lord God almighty. O, the redeem people of Christ, come you, and let us walk in the light of the Lord! Isaiah 2:5. 2 Corinthians 6:16-18.
Sadly enough, Adam backed away from his commitment to the word of God upon which the continuation and termination of his life is determined before God. He made a wrong choice by listening to the lies of Satan against the word of life. None can have fellowship with God if they are not spiritually alive or quickens by the spirit of God. The fact that Adam lived physically for many years until his physical death means that what he lost after he disobeyed God was his spiritual life according to the word of God (the day you eat thereof, you shall die. Genesis 2:17): he b ecame dead in sin and trespasses, and was sent out of the Garden, lest he should have access to eat from the tree of life reserved for the obedient and the over comers believers in the Lord; lest he escape the second death (capital eternal punishment paid off by Christ death) in his dead- sinful state.  Adam lost the truth and life: he lost the life of godliness for the lusts of the eyes, the lusts of the flesh, and pride of life offered by Satan. The fact that he hides himself after his disobedient when he heard the voice of God calling out to him in the Garden reveal that he lost the spiritual link – the spiritual umbilical cord which attached him with God for fellowship in spirit and truth. John 4:24.
Adam and Eve became dead in sins and trespasses: this is the same spiritual state we all came into the world at birth until God made us alive or quickened us back to himself by grace through faith in Christ Jesus. Ephesians 2: 1-3. They chose to live in the lusts of the flesh and of the desires of their minds over the life of godliness they were purposely made to live before God in daily fellowship with him: thus they plunge the entire human race into spiritual, physical and second death. This is the corruption that is in the world through the lusts, which the first parents lusted after and were chased out of the presence of God into the world – away from the paradise – far from the reach of the tree and fruit of life which could have been their reward, have they demonstrate such love and appreciation of their beings through obedience over the enemy’s suggestions to disobey God.  
Christ, in order to repair the damages caused from the Garden of Eden, came down from heaven to earth to partake in flesh and blood (the nature of the fallen man. Hebrews 2:14) to die on the cross to redeem us from the spiritual, physical and eternal ramification of the sin of Adam and Eve back into the nature of God (godliness) which was lost by the first parents through their mixed love for God and desire for the things of the world – love not the world, neither the things in the world. If any man loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him…..1 John 2:15-17.  Note: none should ever boast of his love for God than to be ashamed of himself as an enemy of the cross of Christ and of God for his friendship with the world if in any way, he’s spotted with the world. James 1:27. James 4:4. Philippians 3:19. Is godliness with contentment not a great gain, having promise of the present life, and of that which is to? Let us therefore be content with our goodly, godly – eternal lot allotted us within the scope and bond of the scripture: not to add, neither to remove from it as did the first parents, lest we seek after or lust those things which are not permitted by the eternal word of God: lest we be found as people laboring for meats which perishes, and would destroys us, but to seek continually after the food that endures to eternal life (the word of God) which Christ has given us.
Though, Christ died to bring us back to God, it is our responsibility to live judiciously in conformity to the word as obedient children, not fashioning our lives according to the former lusts in our ignorance (1 Peter 1:14-15) before him who has called us to glory and virtue; who according to his divine power, has given unto us all things that pertain to life and godliness through the knowledge of his word (the scriptures), having died to made us escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust. 2 Peter 1: 1-3.
Satan is the arch angel of darkness having the spirit of doubt at his disposal to cause unbelief to blind the minds of them which believes not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them. Without Christ living in someone’s life in the world as Lord and Savior (Ephesians 2:12), such a man is prone to live and walk his entire life searching for an endless fulfillment and satisfaction of life and leaning of it while he lives. Nothing can fill up the gap and void exclusively meant for God to fill up in a man’s life before passing on to eternity. Christ says to the Jews after his pardon of the woman caught up in the sin of adultery: I am the light of the world: he that follows me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life. John 8:12…..on the other hand, the Lord is saying, I am the essence of life and the true meaning of it, whosoever found me and believes in me to follow after my word, shall not live a wasted and unfulfilled life (groping about in spiritual darkness of the sinful world and lifestyles all the days of his life) but shall have good knowledge and understanding of life that now is, in preparation for the life to come. I am the true satisfaction and true life’s fulfillment – to live is Christ. I am the way to walk through in life to heaven, and the light to see through in life to eternity. The light of life spoken by Christ is the knowledge of the true God, and of eternal life, and of Jesus Christ whom he has sent as the eternal word, eternal life and eternal light which shine in a darkness place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts. Is it not written by David that with you (God) is the fountain of life: in your light shall we see light?  Here, he speaks about the knowledge of eternal life and the knowledge of a new and renewed life by the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit which God shed abundantly on us through our Lord Jesus Christ – being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible seed of his word Psalms 36:9. John 17:3. 2 Peter 1:19.
This is the word presented and given us as the gospel of the kingdom for the salvation (Ephesians 1:13) which is preached to us, which is also the gospel of Jesus Christ, the power of God unto salvation for every one that believes (Romans 1:16): to the Jews first, and to Gentiles, upon which a true, fulfilled and meaningful life should be weighed upon in the balance of the hope of eternal life, which God that cannot lie has promised before the foundation of the world (Titus 1:2) if such life is fully lived out according to the gospel of Christ (the only thing that matters is that you continue to live as good citizens in a manner worthy of the gospel of the Messiah.Then, whether I come to see you or whether I stay away, I may hear all about you—that you are standing firm in one spirit, struggling with one mind for the faith of the gospel. Philippians 1:27. ISV) upon which the secrets of men’s hearts shall be judged: for all flesh is as grass, and all the glory of man as the flower of grass. The grass withered, and the flower thereof falls away: but the word of the Lord endures forever. And this is the word which by the gospel is preached unto you. 1 Peter 1:24-25.
