The great event– the believer’s translation.

By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God has translated him; for before his translation he had this testimony that he pleased God… Hebrews11; 5.
I do remembered very well that the old warriors from my place of birth (Nigeria in the early 30’s) according to history and documented films possessed the evil power to disappear and be found at another place after chanting some incantations and enchantments when the battle was so fierce and were losing out to their enemy.
Instead of them to die or fall into the enemy’s hand they would invoke demonic power through incantations and enchantments in their possession and with the aid of an evil spirit disappeared and found themselves where ever they instructed the demon to land them.
If the enemy combatant has the same power, he would as well invoke his own demon which would land him wherever the runaway warrior was carried into and there the battle continues until one is finally terminated. Our God is awesome and incredible!
When our physical disappearance shall take place if we are still alive at Christ second coming, neither demon nor Satan can imitate to pursue or to prevent our total glorification because the power to subdue all things unto himself is with our Lord.
Though the Devil has been permitted for a while in his evil smartness to counterfeit some of God’s gifts, operations and manifestations to some limits and extents, not at this particular time neither for this particular purpose…. he shall be arrested, bound and locked up in the bottomless pit for a thousand years and his works restricted for a while Revelation 20; 1−3…for our conversation (citizenship and candidacy, home town and dwelling place) is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ; who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself. Philippians3; 20 – 21.
It is one of the unfolded mystery (already experienced by some in the scriptures) that we shall all be changed, translated, raptured and caught up to heaven — Now as Obadiah was on his way, suddenly Elijah met him; and he recognized him, and fell on his face, and said, “Is that you, my lord Elijah?”
And he answered him, “It is I. Go; tell your master, ‘Elijah is here.’”
So he said, “How have I sinned, that you are delivering your servant into the hand of Ahab, to kill me? As the LORD your God lives, there is no nation or kingdom where my master has not sent someone to hunt for you; and when they said, ‘He is not here,’ he took an oath from the kingdom or nation that they could not find you. And now you say, ‘Go; tell your master, “Elijah is here”’! And it shall come to pass, as soon as I am gone from you that the Spirit of the LORD will carry you to a place I do not know; so, when I go and tell Ahab, and he cannot find you, he will kill me. But I your servant have feared the LORD from my youth. 1 Kings 18; 7 – 12. Here, Obadiah was speaking by revelation, either consciously or unconsciously concerning the event that shall soon take place in the life of Elijah as he was translated to heaven, escaping the law and decree of physical death. 2 Kings 2; 9 – 11.
Phillip the evangelist as well tasted this rapturous power shortly after he baptized the Ethiopian eunuch in his conversion and acceptance of Christ as Lord and Savior– So he commanded the chariot to stand still. And both Philip and the eunuch went down into the water, and he baptized him. Now when they came up out of the water, the Spirit of the Lord caught Philip away, so that the eunuch saw him no more; and he went on his way rejoicing. But Philip was found at Azotus. And passing through, he preached in all the cities till he came to Caesarea. Acts 8; 38 – 40.
Christ has gone to prepare a place for each and every one of us who are walking daily by the faith of the Son of God who has loved us in a crucified lifestyles and shall certainly comeback to take us unto himself into his Father’s house where there are many mansions, that we may be, where he is — in heaven of glory, where there shall be no more death, sickness, sorrow etc. for God shall wipe away all tears… for they which are sowing now to the spirit shall reap eternal life ; and when Christ, who is their life shall appear, then shall they appear with him in glory. Galatians 6;7 – 8. Colossians 3; 1 – 3.
The provisions and blessings of faith are innumerable. If God demonstrated his goodness and faithfulness towards Enoch who was first spiritually caught away or physically disappear to heaven by beating the law and decree of physical death, much more shall he fulfilled the same today in them that are faithfully walking with him in spirit and in truth if they are still alive at the time the Father has set in his own time for this wonderful event to take place — But I do not want you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning those who have fallen asleep, lest you sorrow as others who have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with Him those who sleep in Jesus.
For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord will by no means precede those who are asleep.
For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first.
Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus, we shall always be with the Lord. 1 Thessalonians 4; 13 – 17.
This translation or rapture or caught up to heaven shall unfold another event in itself (that is one event, but two manifestation) which is the first resurrection – for the dead in Christ shall rise first – And I saw thrones, and they sat on them, and judgment was committed to them. Then I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for their witness to Jesus and for the word of God, who had not worshiped the beast or his image, and had not received his mark on their foreheads or on their hands. And they lived and reigned with Christ for a thousand years. But the rest of the dead did not live again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection. Blessed and holy is he who has part in the first resurrection. Over such the second death has no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with Him a thousand years. Revelation 20; 4 – 6.
The believers that lived victoriously over sin and were not overcome by it again until the end of their probation time on earth shall be raised first back to life as their souls and spirits go back to their decomposed body in their respective graves and be raised incorruptible; for their mortal decomposed body shall put on immortality and death shall be swallow up in victory — marvel not at this; for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his (Christ) voice. And they that have done good, (repented sinners, turned saints) unto the resurrection of life (first resurrection) and they that have done evil (un-repented sinners, died unbeliever) unto the resurrection of damnation (Second death). John 5; 28 – 29. 1 Corinthians 15; 50 – 51.
Some years back in Nigeria, I was waked up from the bed by my mother for a visitor who was terrified and became restless by a dream she had.
In her dream, she saw a lot of people flying upward or taking up to the sky, including me. We were all together with some other people who were able to go or fly upward but she was unable to lift up herself, neither was she taken up. I was asking her to come up with us but she could not made it and while going up, I was asking her if she has done or been doing what I asked her not to be doing or do again? Matthew24; 40 – 42.
So, I asked her in the real life according to her narration of our conversation in her dream, if she’s been doing what I counseled her to stop doing? She busted into tears as she confessed that she’s been living again in sexual immorality.
She speaks in tongues and prophesies, but lives in and works iniquity…. all the workers of iniquities shall not make it, neither the sinners of God’s people to the Father’s house where there are many mansions. Nothing unclean, neither the unrighteous shall inherit the kingdom of God, when Christ shall come in flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ, who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power when he shall come to be glorified in the saints and to be admired in all them that believed. Amos 9 ;10. Matthew 7; 21 – 23. 1 Corinthians 6; 9 – 11. 2 Thessalonians 1; 8 – 10. Revelation 21; 27.
