Marriage supper of the Lamb.

And after these things I heard a great voice of much people in heaven, saying, Alleluia; Salvation, and glory, and honor, and power, unto the Lord our God:
For true and righteous are his judgments: for he hath judged the great whore, which did corrupt the earth with her fornication, and hath avenged the blood of his servants at her hand.
And again they said, Alleluia. And her smoke rose up for ever and ever.
And the four and twenty elders and the four beasts fell down and worshipped God that sat on the throne, saying, Amen; Alleluia. And a voice came out of the throne, saying, Praise our God, all ye his servants, and ye that fear him, both small and great.
And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thundering, saying, alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent reigneth. Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honor to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come and his wife hath made herself ready.  And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints. And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, these are the true sayings of God. Revelation 19; 1-9.

The Devil is forever and ever defeated. Alleluia Amen! He can no longer lay any claim on us at death as he did against the body of Moses the man of God….Who is he that condemns? It is Christ that died, yea, rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us. Jude 1; 9. Romans 8;35.
What further punishment did he hoped should be incurred on Moses after the Lord’s chastisement of his servant’s failure to sanctify him before the children of Israel. His life was cut off and shortened at the age of one-hundred and twenty and was denied entrance to the Promised Land…..when we are judged, we are chastened of the Lord, that we should not be condemned with the world….. Numbers 20; 12. Deuteronomy 34; 1-7. 1 Corinthians 11; 32.
Whether we live or die, we are the Lord’s. We shouldn’t be troubled by the interrogation of the Sadducees with the Lord Jesus on the question of possibility of marriage and re-union of husband and wife in heaven.
Saved and redeemed couples shall meet and live together in heaven; not as husband and wife, but as the body of Christ, the brides of their resurrected and glorified Lord and King. Luke 20; 27- 36.

The Sadducees unbelief in the resurrection of the dead does not nullify the resurrection from the dead, neither does it neutralized the power of resurrection or made it of none effect – marvel not at this; for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice; and shall come forth; they that have done good, (the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus, the redeemed written in the Lamb’s book of life) unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, (unrepentant lost sinner) unto the resurrection of damnation. John 5; 25.
The two resurrections are not taking place as the same time.
Just as the living unsaved sinners shall not be privileged to partake in the rapture – when he shall come to be glorified in the saints, but they shall be left behind to face the hour of temptation which shall come upon the whole world, to try them that dwell upon the earth. 2 Thessalonians 1; 7-10.
The first resurrection is for the dead and the living in Christ…. And I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Write, Blessed is the dead which die in the Lord from henceforth: Yea, says the Spirit that they may rest from their labors; and their works do follow them.” (Revelation 14:13)
At the second coming of Christ, the unsaved dead shall not be waked up.
It is not their resurrection, neither is it their time to be raised to everlasting shame and contempt. Daniel 12; 2.
The un-repentant and un-saved living also shall be left behind as two men be shall working, one shall be taken and the other left; two women shall be grinding at the mill, one shall be taken and the other left. Matthew 24; 40-41.
The dead in Christ shall be raised first, and then we that are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air; and so shall we ever be with the Lord. 1 Thessalonians 4; 13-18.
There is the continuation and consciousness of real life after death….by faith Moses, when he was come to years, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh’s daughter; choosing rather to suffer affliction with the people of God than to enjoy the pleasures of sin for a season; esteeming the reproach of Christ greater riches than the treasures in Egypt; for he had respect unto the recompense of reward. Thus with the eyes of faith and the walked of it, he saw and anticipated for the future reward of a righteous life in heaven. Hebrews 11; 24-26.
Presently, our life on earth is on probation for consideration, eligibility and worthiness in the first or the second resurrection – Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years (Revelation 20; 6).
Blessed are they which shall eat bread in the kingdom of heaven…Luke 14; 15.
These are they which have been raised with Christ here on earth as the result of their repentance from sins and from dead works. While they are on earth, they’re living for heaven and seeking those things which are above, where Christ is seated on the right hand of God.
These are they which have been crucified with Christ and have lived out the life of the in-dwelling Christ in them through the Spirit-filled fruit bearing testimonial life while on earth.
These are they which have put their hands into the plough and have not remove their hands from it, neither has their salt lost its sweetness or savor.
These are they which have been killed all day long for his name’s sake and have been counted as sheep for the slaughter. Nonetheless for the Lamb’s sake, neither death, nor life, nor things present, nor things to come, neither heights, nor depths, nor principalities, nor powers, nor any other creatures has triumphed to separate them from the love of God in Christ Jesus.
They had labor and not fainted, has borne shame and reproached for his name’s sake; they have loved him till death, as he has loved them even unto death. They are the faithful and good servants, faithful in small and big things as their Lord entrusted them with his treasures. They visited the sick’s and the prisoner’s for Christ name’s sake.

They lodged the strangers and washed the saint’s feet for his name’s sake. They feed the poor and the hungry for his name’s sake. They suffered loss and refused to claim any right where they have one, all for Christ name’s sake. They followed the Lamb through the straight gate and narrow way to wherever it leads. They shall be clothed with white raiment and palms shall be given them to hold in their hands as the symbol of their triumphed and victory.  Alleluia! Amen.
They worked tirelessly for their Lord while on earth, they shall sit at table and the Lord himself shall serve them as the bridegroom is honor and delightful to serve his bride on the day of her espousal (betrothal). Luke 12; 37.
These are they which have been planted together with Christ in the likeness of his death, thus are they blessed to attain to the resurrection of the dead, even the first resurrection.

They’ve been alive to God and lived for him while on earth; they shall live with him in the resurrection of the just. They shall be awaked to everlasting life.
It is the resurrection of recompense (Moses by faith lived up for that and looked up to it) where the bride shall be honored for all her good works in her faithful representations of the bridegroom as the salt of the earth and the light of it (Luke 14; 12-14).
The bridegroom (Christ) has provided his bride with the wedding garment on the day of his proposal. He gave her his own righteousness for holy garment on the day she (bride) accepted to walk with him (bridegroom) as her personal Lord and Savior, dwelling in her heart by faith.
Christ became her righteousness and husband; espoused to him as a chaste virgin, washed and cleansed in the blood of the Lamb, waiting, preparing and working for the arrival of the bridegroom to take her to his Father’s house, where the banquet of love shall be made for her.
While waiting for the arrival of her bridegroom, she’s expected to shine forth in his beauty and glory, increasing and abounding in the goodness of his bridegroom in her work of faith and labor of love in ministering to the saints and to all men. Hebrews 6; 9-11
The largeness and beauty of the bride’s wedding gown depends on her diligences through the grace she is receiving to grow in good works, increases in good works, walking in good works and been made perfect in every good works.
She is responsible to keep her wedding garment properly, washed it and makes it detergent through the blood of the Lamb.
She must look to herself, that she lose not those things which she have wrought in her Lord, but that she receive a full reward…behold, I come as a thief, blessed is he that watches, and keeps his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame. 2 John verses 8. Revelation 16; 15.
The white garment is the righteousness of the saints in exchanged for her filthy and reproachful garment in the day she met her bridegroom. Zachariah 3; 1-4.
The Lord becomes or is our righteousness when we are buried with him in baptism; when we accepted his death for our sins – he that knew no sin thus became sin unto us, that we might become or be made the righteousness of God in him. 2 Corinthians 5; 21.
On the merit of Christ perfect obedience and righteousness, the believer is counted righteous before God; thus becoming his workmanship (instrument for good works) created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which he has ordained or predestined that he should walk in them. Ephesians 2; 8-10.
The righteousness of the Lord in or through us is the good works we are called to be doing for all and sundry as we have opportunit,y let us do good to all men, especially to the household of faith. Galatians 6; 9-10.
It is awesome that our unseen (1 Peter 3; 16-17) Christ given garment of righteousness shall be turned to or become a wedding garment, prepared and waiting to be given to us for the wedding feast with the bridegroom (Christ) and none shall be allowed with a different cloth into the feast, without the proper marriage garment …And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white; for the fine linen is the righteousness of the saints. Matthew 22; 11-13. Revelation 19; 8.
It is going to be a special pay day in heaven, where rewards shall be given to the believers according to the quality of their works in Christ and in the kingdom.
No doubt, all are saved which have part in the first resurrection; on such the second death have no power… yet, some may not receive any reward for their works of faith and labor of love done in vainglory or borne out of the expectations of praises and commendations from men with inferior materials of wood, hay and stubble …. Whatsoever you do, do it heartily, as unto the Lord, and not unto men; knowing that of the Lord you shall receive the reward of inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ….Colossians 3; 23
Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage super of the Lamb…Revelations 19….
At the grand table at the banqueting hall in heaven, we shall be privileged to eat and drink the fruit of the vine with the Lord as we behold his eyes. This time around, not like the flame of fire, but that of a dove’s eyes, clear and chaste, (we shall see him as he is, for we shall be like him) full of tenderness, love and satisfaction for that numerous and great success of the travail of his soul.
Note; If we by faith dine with the Lord here in his flesh and blood; there in heaven, as in water face answers to face, we shall be honored to feast and drink the best of all fruit of the vine with the Lord when we get home!  Matthew 26; 29.
All believer’s alike, father and mother, husband and wife, sons and daughters are all engaged to Christ and shall be married to him in heaven. Christ has loved them all and has given himself for them; that he might sanctify and cleanse them with the washing of water by the word, that he might present all to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.
The church is the bride, the lamb’s wife. Christ by Himself, through the power of his grace and love has betrothed us to himself in righteousness, and in judgment, and in loving-kindness and in mercies. There is a marriage covenant between Christ and the church, between Christ and every blood bought believer.
The day of our espousal and the gladness of our heart are fast approaching. In that day shall no man take our joy away from us – Come with me from Lebanon, my spouse, with me from Lebanon: look from the top of Amana, from the top of Shenir and Hermon, from the lions’ dens, from the mountains of the leopards. Songs of Solomon 4; 8.
While we are waiting for the sudden arrival of our bridegroom, our lamps should be shinning and burning with extra oil in place, daily occupying and fully engaging for the Lord in whatsoever our hands finds to do to the glory of the risen Lord!
He that is faithful in the least shall be rewarded and promoted to greater honor in heaven.
The Spirit and the bride say Come, and let him that hears say come….
He which testifies these things says, surely, I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus. Amen! Revelation 22; 17-20.
